Sales Agreement

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING A RABBIT FROM US
WHEN PURCHASEING A RABBIT FROM US YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

1. We are a closed rabbitry and do not allow customers into our rabbit area so as to keep our rabbits safe from diseases and infections.

2. We do not hold rabbits without non-refundable deposit (50% of Full Price). We do not accept deposits before 6 weeks old.

3. Rabbits do not leave our rabbitry without being paid for in full.

4. If you cannot pick up your rabbit at the agreed upon date/time we will hold for an additional 2 weeks. After that if you cannot pick up you will forfeit the deposit amount and your rabbit will be put back up for sale. Unless bad weather interferes with safe travel for that date.

5. We are not liable for veterinary bills after the rabbit has left our premises. We guarantee that all rabbits that leave our home are healthy and without injury. We do not allow sick rabbits to leave.

6. We cannot guarantee the temperament of rabbits. We spend time with our rabbits daily. All rabbits are individuals and may have varying temperaments. We cannot guarantee our rabbits are litter trained.

7. We cannot guarantee the performance or reproduction health in rabbits that have left our premises. We mainly sell our rabbits as pets and at times will work and sell to other breeders.

8. We will take back any rabbits sold with no refund and no payments and will work to find the rabbit a good home.

9. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time. If we chose to cancel, we will refund, however if you cancel you will not receive a refund.

10. We will provide you with transition pellets to help you switch your rabbit over slowly to the food you choose. If you decide not to use these pellets and your rabbit becomes sick it is not our responsibility. Rabbits can have sensitive digestive systems and should be changed over slowly as to avoid upsetting their systems. Mix a small amount of your pellets with ours and slowly increase the amount of your pellets until the rabbit is fully eating your food.

11. We recommend feeding the rabbit just Hay and water for a full 48 hours to allow their digestive systems to settle from stress of transport and new environment.

12. We recommend not handling your rabbit when first bringing it home. Please give it time to settle and adjust to its new environment to avoid stressing the rabbit.

13. Please reach out to us with any questions at any time. We pride ourselves in being responsible breeders and giving our customers the tools, and education they need in order to have a long healthy life with their rabbit.

14. We do not sell rabbits before the age of 8 weeks old

15. All our rabbits range from different prices based off of Pet, Brood, Show quality.

16. Before the rabbit leaves our care we will allow the customer to check over there rabbit to ensure its to there standards.

17. If a customer is using transportation/shipper for there rabbit we are not liable for anything that could happen while in the transportation/shippers care.

18. All customers will be required to sign a sales agreement during pick up. If you are using a transport to pick up we will email you a copy of the sales agreement to sign and send back.
